RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a suitably qualified and experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established concern - position based in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
BCom Degree in Finance / Administration / Agriculture.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills are essential.
Person must have previous financial, bookkeeping and agricultural experience.
3 - 5 years’ previous working experience in administration.
Previous accounting / finance working experience.
Background experience in the agricultural industry a strong advantage.
Strong numerical accuracy.
Ability to read financials and understand commerce.
Funder / client management (process and manage funder and client relationships; data entry and
capture of movement of funds administration of reporting and interpreting agri-financial information.
Electronic document checking - risk evaluation.
Follow up with clients and funders on missing documents.
Interpretation of financial documents, cash flows and compliance documents for processing.
Rename documents to ensure correct naming convention.
Reformat word documents to ensure consistency (templates, word styles, contents pages, auto inserting of file names).
Edit MS Word files for grammar, high level formatting and spelling.
Update contacts, consolidate and check accuracy against the client agreement.
Scan documents when required.
Input client data/information into the system with interpretation.
Data management, inputs and interpretation relating to accounting and bookkeeping.
