Our well-established agency situated in George, the Garden Route, is looking for a self- motivated, disciplined and confident individual who has exceptional administrative skills to join our amazing team.
You need to have a passion for life, enjoy working with figures and people and have good common sense. Neatness and diligence are required. Emotional intelligence is very important.
Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for all quoting as well as invoicing. Manage frontline reception. Data entry and updating spreadsheets Maintaining accurate customer records Manage projects from start to end and be able to set priorities. Responsible for ensuring that all office activities run efficiently and effectively by providing administrative support to other personnel and management. Required to work on short deadlines and under pressure. Work independently and be meticulously organised to follow up quotes and customer queries Minimum Requirements: An ability to work in a team, with good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Bright mind with good Maths and ability to problem solve A thorough knowledge of Word & Excel. Pastal Sage advantageous Strong and efficient administrative skills required with an exceptional eye for detail. Salary on offer R10500.00 / month depending on exp.
