RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established concern based in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal.

!PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Accounting / bookkeeping qualification/s an added advantage (not essential).
English speaking person (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel skills. Previous working experience on Pastel (for invoicing duties).
5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position (basic accounts, strong administration skills, managing office, etc).
Completing orders.
Stock control.
Assisting walk-in customers.
Excellent client liaison skills.
Petty cash.
Accounts duties include invoicing, receipting and follow-ups).
General adhoc duties.
Would suit an energetic, friendly, bubbly, well-spoken / well-presented person.

Salary offered: To be discussed (basic salary + benefits not including medical aid)
