Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• 3 years’ experience in similar role as office administrator using excel
• Excellent Excel Experience / Abilities above average – YOU will be tested.

Responsibilities:
• All office admin duties – Answering the phone (when needed) faxing, filling, scanning,
• Email of pricelist & catalogues to clients and follow up
• Assisting Invoicing / Quotes – Excel and QuickBooks (training will be supplied on QuickBooks)
• Compiling Quotes and Pricelists, mark ups calculations on excel spreadsheets – Experience needed on EXCEL
• Supplier portal stock listing
• Processing Orders
• Placing orders at Suppliers
• PA – Duties Booking of Flights and Accommodation
• Assist with Waybills and parcel stickers
• Assist the director with email correspondence
• Assist with Invoices when needed on QuickBooks
