OFFICE CLERK SUPPLYCHAIN (Temp)

This position is based in Durban.

JOB PURPOSE
To provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the depot and customers.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Capturing of SO’s and PO’s.
• Ensure stock is received correctly in the correct quantities, items and lot numbers (when and if required).
• Ensure cargo is dispatched timeously and accurately as per client’s requirements.
• Manage daily Work Q’s within 48 hours.
• Closing of SO’s and PO’s daily within 48 hours.
• Ensure Stock Takes are conducted at the end of each month for each and every customer.
• Ensure client’s contracts are captured.
• Work according to client’s SOP’s and procedures.
• Check weekly Storage/ HI/ HO are invoiced correctly.
• Managing emails/ telephonic communication and timeous feedback to clients.
• Stock management and stock takes.
• Daily filing of GDN’s and GRN’s.
• Required to assist in different departments.
• Capture of all import files prior to vessels’ arrival.
• Handle detention and demurrage invoice.

• Experience in a warehousing/logistics environment
