Our small, but very well established, client is looking to employ an Office Manager/Personal Assistant/ Finance candidate to assist with their daily running of the business and assisting the MD. Client focus on sourcing and supplying a comprehensive range of lights to property developers, contractors and facility managers on the African continent.

Minimum requirements:
• Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance experience
• MS Word + Pastel experience
• Own transport + valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• General office / admin duties
• Preparing quotes
• Chasing delivery notes
• Follow up ensuring deliveries timeously
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Invoicing
• Journals
• Meeting with new people and possible clients
