RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ON-SITE SUPERVISOR for a large organization. Position based in Cullinan area, Gauteng.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

IMM Diploma or similar would be an added advantage.

English speaking person (read, write, speak).

Valid driver’s license.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Person will be required to maximize on-site’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.

Relevant leadership experience and sound understanding of leadership principles.

5yrs+ previous working experience in the rubber industry.

Sound working knowledge of all administration systems.

Responsible for the management of the service and sales performance of the on-site.

Management and development of all employees and maintaining safe and constructive working relationships.

Development and monitoring of performance against standard operating procedures and H&S requirements.

Developing and maintaining sound working relationships with customers.
