Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor all portal & 3rd party portal leads
• Ensure all leads are followed up timeously
• Distribution of leads to relevant sales departments
• Manage sales calls, providing product information, pricing & product availability
• Leads activity tracking and follow-up on lost leads
• Monitor & respond to customers on live chat and/or via preferred contact methods
• Load trade-ins on online valuation system
• Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
Minimum Requirements
• Prior call centre or leads management experience a must (min. 2yrs experience)
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Sales related systems experience e.g., CMS, LMS, desirable
• Motor Industry specific experience advantageous
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Sales and client services background essential
