A large concern is seeking an experienced ONLINE STORE MANAGER - based in Durban.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12).
Diploma in Retail would be advantageous.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
2yrs+ previous experience in a similar position is essential.
Compare orders daily received to stock on hand, report and allocate.
Daily order follow-ups.
Ensure all orders are credited and invoiced.
Ensure all orders are delivered timeously.
Attend to all customer refunds and queries.
Coordinate online order process.
Liaise with payment providers, internal staff, customers and courier companies.
