Vacancy : Administrator & Operations Assistant – Stellenbosch Area

Remuneration : R10 000 – R13 000 pm

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator for a specialised baking company in Stellenbosch area.
The perfect candidate is someone with exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail, leadership and management skills, good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.


Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Computer literate
• Matric
• Relevant tertiary education will be advantageous
• Own Vehicle and Driver’s licence


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with taking orders (via email) and invoicing (from invoicing program)
• Ensure payments are received before dispatch
• Actual dispatch (collection by courier companies)
• Order stock / recon deliveries
• Setting up emails, Mailchimp
• Updating of product sheet and pricing
• Possibly sourcing new suppliers (for stock) / Ingredient sourcing
• Managing applications for events/markets
• General office admin
