Ideally someone from Financial services with Operations, Risk, IT and solid Customer Service to oversee all activities, including implementation of CRM system (Sales Force), reporting writing, people management and compliance. Proven track record heading up Operations/or similar, exp in all business functions HR, Finance, Supply chain and IT, essential is 5 yeas minimum credit and collections experience, coupled with exp in implementing IT systems, proficiency in reading/understanding financial statements (credit vetting/underwriting), knowledge of RSA Tax ideal. Above average comm skills, leadership, analytical mind. BA in Business (Accounting/finance) or similar.
