We are looking for a highly motivated OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, with a passion for Food and Beverage - especially desserts. The ideal candidate must be very adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment and have great inter-personal skills.

THIS POSITION IS FOR QATAR BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.

Our client is the first online dessert and cake delivery business in Qatar, catering for businesses and individual customers.

The candidate has to be disciplined, structured, organized and capable of working in a stressful high-volume environment and get through challenges with a smile. Experience should include working in an F&B company with a logistics environment with great technical and a successful workflow process system. Must be able to interact closely with Senior Leadership team a self-motivator and capable of running the operations with minimal supervision.

The candidate should be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and keep the quality of the service and product at the highest standards to ensure client feedback is always positive.

Job Description for Operations Coordinator:

• Flexible at working hours, and always be punctual
• Manage daily operations of drivers and delivery requests
• Oversee all logistics aspects including van and scooter maintenance and driver scheduling
• Train all drivers on customer service and quality control requirements
• Oversee and ensure all driving safety audits are conducted and employees wellbeing is front of mind
• Ensure all drivers maintain the appropriate grooming & hygiene standards to be customer facing at all times
• Answer order calls with extreme professionalism and an exciting manner catering to guests needs
• Create upsell training program and focus on driving incremental revenues
• Assist in ensuring targets are met, and profit margins are maintained by monitoring costs through the business control system
• Ensure that the quality is always consistent with strong attention to detail
• Lead the team by being creative and motivational as well as able to solve problems on the spot
• Extremely organized and be able to plan the day ahead at ease to effectively meet established deadlines
• Ensure quality control is checked and approved prior to sending desserts out to clients
• Able to take on new tasks and adapt to change quickly
• Act on any client feedback if needs direct action
• Adhere to all systems and procedures set by senior leadership
• Develop SOP guidelines for operations
• Be involved in Web/App back of house technicality and workability
• Implement interface for ordering online (website), from Web to Bakery & to dispatch outlets, if any. (As soon as something is ordered, for Chef and logistics team be ready)
• Manage all logistics of workflow operations
• Implement analytics & manage operations to ensure delivery is always on time
• Build relationships with suppliers, retail partners, procurement managers, hotels, landlords and other business institutions
• Monitor costs spent, and ensure sales are growing on a monthly basis
• Ensure client satisfaction is always exceeded
• Ensure the store is well stocked and visual presentation of location is appealing
• Uncover sales opportunities across the company

Start: ASAP
Salary package:
• Basic salary QAR 4000 – 4500
