Your key job responsibilities as the Operations Improvement Manager in Cape Town will include:

- Leading change management and assessing the change impact by conducting accurate impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
- Consistently analyzing and optimizing sales systems, procedures, policies and reporting across the department in collaboration with marketing tech
- Supporting communication efforts through the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Increasing productivity and competence by adopting effective business tools and promoting behaviour and alignment with the business’s overall values and objectives
- Providing guidance to junior sales operations and supporting training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
- Improving revenue growth and sales productivity by working with the Finance department on target and incentive alignment
- Continuously improving, developing, and documenting sales policies, processes, procedures, and tools that maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data
- Ensuring the consistency and accuracy of key sales systems and the execution of pipeline management processes and sales forecasting
- Supporting sales processes and strategies inclusive of modeling, incentive programs, and geographic sales planning
- Driving improvement in sales reporting, thereby enabling the achievement of sales department targets and objectives as well the overall objectives and targets of the business
- Collaborating with the Chief Sales officer in developing and defining departmental priorities to continually improve sales processes through automation and analytics

Requirements for this Operations Improvement Manager job in Cape Town:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or any other business-related field
- Working experience of at least 5 years in Sales Operations, preferably working as a Sales Operations Manager
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Proven and successful experience implementing change in processes that lead to improvement of the sales performance of a business
- A strong customer-service orientation and a continuous improvement mind-set
- Experience in mentoring or coaching a team
- Experience in project management and change management
- Experience with Sigma Six or Lean
