R80 000 per month plus benefits

The Operations Manager will be a key member of the management structure of the business and its expected that the suitable candidate will provide both strategic and operational advice to the business.

· Must be able to interact at a professional level with both internal and external stakeholders
· Plan, develop, implement, direct, administer and review the operational activities
· Responsible for ensuring the Operations Team provides efficient and effective Warehousing, Technical, Logistics and Order Processing services to the business and customers
· Leadership and managerial experience essential
· Project management skills, ability to analyse and interpret data
· Managing an operational team of managers and staff
· Good understanding of the full end to end business cycle
· Proven track record of success in previous operations role

Previous experience in managing operational team 5 to 10 years senior management exp Exposure to high volumes movements environment Post qualification in warehousing/logistics, transportation, engineering
