MINING OPERATIONS MANAGER – NORTHERN CAPE

Manage all mining operations personnel in their collective efforts of achieving set production targets and to lead, motivate and support all section heads in the communicating , implementation and maintenance of all strategic goals, which includes but not limited to Mining Operations , Budget management and control , Strategic leadership and influence , Customer relationship management , SHERQ adherence and compliance and work ethics.

Nat Diploma / B.Degree / B.Tech Degree in Mining Engineering , Government Certificate of Competency as Mine Manager and a Post Graduate qualification: MBA / MBL / MDP or Equivalent

Experience should be a minimum of 8 years operational Mining Engineering or Mine Overseer experience (Essential);minimum of 5 years management experience, with at least 3 years in middle management level (Essential) and a minimum of 2 years surface mining experience desired. #operationsmanager #NCape
