Your management of LOGISTICS:
? Ensure effective driving routes for drivers to follow.
? Ensure effective scheduling of drivers responsibilities.
? Monitor driver activity to ensure the adherence of road rules and regulations.
? Ensure that drivers keep cars clean & tidy.
? Manage deliveries in line with store requirements and orders.
? Assist in the management of event logistics.

Your management of PRODUCTION:
? Assisting with production planning.
? Ordering of product inputs.
? Ensuring that required par levels of same are adhered to.
? Monitor stock levels of finished goods to ensure there is never a shortage of stock required.
? Monitor stock levels of packaging to ensure that there is never a shortage of packaging required.
? Ensure that all delivery invoices are inputted into DEAR Inventory.
? Assisting with other DEAR Inventory actions.

YOUR management of PACKING:
? Through the act of spot checks on packaging forms vs. units packed, ensure to the best of your ability that stock is correctly packed for both wholesalers/retail stores. This pertains to ensuring that the stock ordered from retail stores are packed as per order form.
? Monitoring packed stock to ensure that it arrives at the customer as expected.

Your management of STAFF:
? Ensure effective labour in the Kitchen and Storeroom.
? Ensure effective labour of drivers on the road.
? Monitor behaviours and performance of the kitchen and scullery employees.
? Monitor, to the extent that you can, performance and behaviours of retail employees from the perspective of the stocktake.
? Monitor, to the best of your ability, the CCTV footage across stores/kitchen for any suspicious activity.
? Calculating kitchen monthly salaries using Jarrison

Your management of CLEANLINESS
? Monitor cleanliness in kitchen/storeroom/freezer room.
? Ensure that all spaces are kept in a neat and tidy fashion.
? Inputs and finished products stores in a FIFO fashion.


Your management of SYSTEMS, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE:
? Attend to and effectively solve any problems or glitches pertaining to the systems of:
? GAAP
? Jarrison
? DEAR Inventory

? Attend to any issues pertaining to the operation of equipment, furniture, and other items in: *should you not be able to attend to any of the below, you will contact the relevant support.
? The kitchen
? Storeroom
? Vehicles

? Monitoring of freezer temperature monitoring devices.
