Operations Manager – Technical

An excellent opportunity for an Operations manager who has strong technical and management skills to lead a Team, ensuring operational excellence and business growth, managing daily operations, ensuring technical proficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ensure safety, compliance are followed within the division. Working closely with the sales and technical teams to develop and expand service offerings, also managing budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualification:
BSc Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience of 10 years + in similar position with proven technical experience in a chemical related industry
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers.
