Operations Manager
Johannesburg

• Assist Legal MD with business project delivery
• Establish relationships with all stakeholders
• Manage all new initiatives from start to finish
• Oversee and analyse performance against initiatives
• Generate and provide analytics and reporting as required
• Compile Presentations and prep discussion documents for meetings
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency daily
• Ensure data integrity and data input quality
• Liaison between staff and Management for query resolution
• Monitor and assess operating trends and recommend changes to senior management
• Review process approaches and identify continuous improvement projects that lead to a more efficient and streamlined operating environment
• Contribute information and participate in decision-making process to forecast and manage budgets, volumes, and staffing plans

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
• 5 years’ experience in a project/ operations management position, specifically in insurance is an advantage.
• Appropriate 3-year degree/diploma
• Strong Project Management background
• Strong Finance Background
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Client relations/strategic partnership management.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Refined written communication and oral presentation skills
• Communicate on all levels up to Exco
