Project Manager (Legal Operations)/Johannesburg
* Assist Legal MD with business project delivery
* Establish relationships with all stakeholders
* Manage all new initiatives from start to finish
* Oversee and analyse performance against initiatives
* Generate and provide analytics and reporting as required
* Compile Presentations and prep discussion documents for meetings
* Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency daily
* Ensure data integrity and data input quality
* Liaison between staff and Management for query resolution
* Monitor and assess operating trends and recommend changes to senior management
* Review process approaches and identify continuous improvement projects that lead to a more efficient and streamlined operating environment
* Contribute information and participate in decision-making process to forecast and manage budgets, volumes, and staffing plans

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

* 5 years’ experience in a project/ operations management position, specifically in insurance is an advantage.
* Appropriate 3-year degree/diploma
* Strong Project Management background
* Strong Finance Background
* Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
* Client relations/strategic partnership management.
* Strategic and analytical thinking, strong project management and problem-solving skills
* Refined written communication and oral presentation skills
* Communicate on all levels up to Exco
