Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in the Helderberg area of Cape Town for a frail care facility. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ways to increase productivity and lower cost. The Operations Manager coordinates with the Senior Managers to create policies and procedures and to ensure quality service is maintained and improved.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management and/or qualification in Management, Business or related field
• A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a related industry with proven experience in management, operations and leadership
• In depth understanding of general finance and budgeting
• Proven experience in building consensus and relationships amongst managers, partners and employees
• Health care and hospitality experience advantageous
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong proven managerial skills, ability to manage resources, good observational skills
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Salary: R40 000 – R42 000, plus benefits
