A pest control company in Johannesburg is looking for an Operations Manager

Main job function

• The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of our Field Technicians
• They help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty and retention, as well as ensure the team is providing exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements

• Grade 12 – Matric
• A degree/diploma in management, operations or a technical field would be an advantage
• Must have at least 3- 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager in a pest control company
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in pest control
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Competent computer skills: MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of pest control technicians with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required
• Coordinate inventory, production, and equipment maintenance in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Review production costs and product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
