Operations Manager - Stellenbosch
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take responsibility for our customer and player satisfaction across our global portfolio of sites. You will be responsible for site operational quality and high site uptime encompassing site hardware and software as well as support for the software suite.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full hardware and software development life cycles, from conception to deployment.
As Operations Manager you should be comfortable around hardware and software installations and have a preference for leading and empowering others while being willing to get your hands dirty when necessary.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or management
4+ years software experience
2-4 years people management experience
2-4 years supplier management experience
Travel to international sites may be required
