Operations Supervisor
Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• N2/N3 or Basic Hand Skills qualification will be an advantage
• Experience or qualification as a Draughtsman will be an advantage
• Experience in the Marine industry will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Must be a good swimmer and comfortable working in and around water when required
• Valid drivers’ license essential
• Computer literate
• Forklift license will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Supervision:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities
• Track and co-ordinate the delivery and storage of goods and materials
• Monitor supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels
• Conduct physical inventory count
• Maintain records
• Transfer inventory to trucks for delivery
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Installations:
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing acceptance tests
• Troubleshoot issues with existing equipment / small tools
• Co-ordinate and maintain company fleet and equipment
