Qualification: Relevant IT Degree is a must!
Location: Secunda (Must be willing to relocate to Secunda or commute daily)
Years of experience: 10+ Years in an IT Ops Environment and 2+ Years of Line Management Experience
• Manage a team of 13 Systems and Support engineers
• Manage Service Delivery of 2-3 Service Contracts for Critical Control Information Infrastructure
• Service Level Conformance Management and Reporting
• Manage Escalations from the Customer and team
• Enforce service delivery governance according to customer’s expectation
• Resource and projects planning
• Manage projects delivery in the environment
• ITIL experience/ certification – bonus
• MS SQL Server Admin experience is a must (it is a Microsoft environment)
• BI and Datawarehouse experience - bonus
