Incident Management
• All requests/changes are to be logged in ServiceNow or ServiceFirst
• All logged tasks must be assigned to the correct DBA who will be accountable and responsible for closing the task and seeing it through
• All logged tasks (changes/requests/events/incidents etc.) must have an associated Configuration Item (CI) selected
• All logged tasks must have a resolution note appended before closing
• All logged tasks must be assessed and assigned timeously, as well as closed timeously.
