Working closely with energy providers, Golden Egg Energy compares all UK suppliers’ internet, standard and fixed tariffs to help clients get the most out of their budget.
Join their team as a Sales Agent and work with international clients to build your professional sales skillset! The company is looking for spirited, well-spoken, and target-driven outbound Sales Agents to sell gas and electricity products. The ideal candidate would have previous UK-based call center sales experience in the gas industry with an excellent track record of meeting sales targets, a neutral accent, and terrific communication skills. Successful agents will work independently to identify customer needs through rock-solid communication and superb customer service to boost company sales and grow shareholder value.
This is a full-time, shift-based position. The Sales Agent vacancy offers a basic salary of R6 000 - R6 500 with an uncapped commission structure!

Requirements:
• Candidates must have Matric
• Candidates must have a clear criminal record
• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months’ outbound sales experience in a call center environment
• Candidate must have sound interpersonal skills, speak fluent English, and have a neutral accent
• UK-based company experience is highly advantageous
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills

Responsibilities:
• Cold call potential clients to sell our gas and electricity products for the growth of the business
• Deliver seamless and individually suited service to clients to meet customer expectation whilst delivering sales and profit growth
• Ensure internal KPIs are monitored and met monthly
• Proactively identify sales opportunities to increase business revenue
• Update and develop customer details on all systems
• Escalate calls to the relevant departments where necessary
