ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ACQUISITION OF NEW BUSINESS
- DEVELOPING STRONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
- CHAMPIONING THE CUSTOMER / CLIENT
- ACHIEVING HIGH SALES TARGETS AND GOALS
- PRESENTING SALES PROPOSALS
- PROVIDING CLIENTS WITH AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND LEVEL OF SUPPORT
- BUILDING BUSINESS CLIENT NETWORK TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS NEW BUSINESS
- ACTING AS THE MAIN SALES POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMERS AND / OR CLIENTS
- FOLLOW UP ON QUOTATIONS SEND AND ASSIST WITH ENQUIRIES
- THE ABILITY TO INTRODUCE NEW PRODUCTS / PACKAGES AND MARKET IN NEW AREAS
- ATTENDING MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS WHEN AND WHERE REQUIRED
- NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS
- MANAGING ACCOUNTS

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Minimum Grade 12
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with clients
- Proven Sales record
- Proven industry experience
- Business acumen and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to negotiate, influence, lead and motivate
- Ability to network and identify Sales opportunities
- Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel Etc.)
- Presentable and friendly composure towards clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies
- Ability to read, speak and write in Afrikaans and English
- Punctuality
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Great sense of ownership and accountability
- Must be a fast learner and inquisitive
- Ability to be proactive and solve problems with minimal assistance
- A valid driver’s license and own transport is required
