The Department:

Purpose of the Role:

As a leading Outbound call centre, our Sales department form an integral part of our business by providing our international clients with excellent services. On a day to day basis, you will work in a Lead environment where no cold-calling is required. The core element of DigiOutbound are our people, as we recognize that the employees are the driving force of the business, hence we ensure that we employ individuals with high-potential allowing them to develop their career and themselves within the business.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Make outbound calls to and take inbound calls from identified customers ensuring they remain ardent gamers within the online casino
industry.
• Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set KPI in the English language
• Meet or exceed daily outbound KPI’s of dials, claims and conversions
• Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers
• Customer relationship building and management
• Cross selling of products and services
• Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
• Performing extra tasks given by managers/supervisors as required
• Excellent time management and adherence to schedule

Essential Criteria:

• 1-2 Years’ Sales experience
• Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (Speak, Read and Write)
• Able to work 24/7 shift rotations
• Grade 12 OR Equivalent
• Reliable transport

• Be in possession of degree or diploma; preferably in sales or marketing
