Quality Control Agent Vacancy:

The role is specific to a Legal Passover Assessor agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, checking, and assess the validity and authenticity of all documents, as well as system-related tasks before a client proceeds to the legal process.

The agent will be required to identify trends and non-compliance gaps in skills, particularly when incorrect information or outdated documents are submitted. The agents will be required to keep track of all packs passed to the Legal Department and provide all findings via reporting to the Compliance Manager. Observant individuals with a knack for detail and accuracy would be a perfect fit for this role!

Basic Requirements:

• Candidates must have Matric
• Candidates must have a clear credit and criminal records
• Completed Debt counselling course would be advantageous
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of Debt Review
• Candidates must be able to work on Excel and Word programs
• Fully computer literate

Desired Competencies:

• Experience working on a Dialler (Essential)
• Experience working in a quality assessing environment, or similar (Advantageous)
• Fluent in more than one of the official languages
• Excellent eye for detail
• Knowledge of POPI as well as debt review
• Articulate
• Legal knowledge related to the debt review legal process (Essential)
• Experience in working on Simplicity, DHS, as well as Freshdesk (ticketing system)
