We are looking for a passionate individual with strong knowledge on all aspects of Citrus packaging! Minimum of 3 Years Citrus packaging experience needed.

Duties:
- Optimal grading, sorting and packaging of fruits for the export market
- Ensure continuous maintenance of appropriate quality and food safety standards
- Administration and record keeping of productivity, unpacking reports and inventory
- Responsible for Planning, management of warehouse staff,

Essential Requirements to be met:
- Solid experience with Citrus fruit ---- Non negotiable
- Well versed in Citrus and table grapes quality standards at all levels
- good knowledge of MAF RODA packing system as well as DIPAR
- Should have a Methodical and system driven approach to packaging!
