PARTS ADMIN CLERK:
Experience and Qualifications:
Matric
Computer Literacy
Automate experience

Good communication skills

Main job Functions:
1. Customer Liaison. (Interaction with customers on the telephone, update Parts Representative diary and sales by customer report)
2. Parts receipting overflow.
3. Parts credit note processing.
4. Attendance registers. (overtime submissions and register administration)
5. Delivery vehicle administration. (Petrol slips, trip sheets and delivery vehicle tracking)
6. Envelope month end statements.
7. Warehouse performance administration. (Monitoring of designated warehouse responsibilities)
8. General Administration. (Staff accounts, cheque requests, stock adjustments and administer perpetual counts.)
9. Assistant to Parts Manager.
