Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Parts Cashier situated in Nelspruit.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Process Part department transactions;
Reconcile payments received wit invoiced parts;
Keep record of deposito’s received;
Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
Direct customers questions to the appropriate department;
General administration and filing;
Administrations of Adhocs.

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric Certificate with Maths and Accounting as subjects
Computer Literate
MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Strong communication skills
Minimum 2 years’ cashier/admin experience

Candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment
Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives
