Sales Administrator, preferably with Heavy Construction Machinery Parts experience, required to perform general office administration and support to the Parts Sales Team. Position is based in Jet Park and requires a valid drivers’ license.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Previous sales administration experience required – 2 to 3
• Parts experience highly beneficial
• Valid drivers’ license essential

Responsibilities:
• Sales administration – prepare and submit sales reports
• Parts quotations and generate report on all open orders
• Support to sales team, handle sales orders and customer service
• Assist to improve productivity, update intervention reports
• Analytics – PowerBi parts sales analysis, maintain and control expediting, follow up on quotations
• Budget and cost control – manage promotional goods and inventory, assist in arranging training seminars/conferences, manage travel arrangement and liaise with Marketing department for quotes on promotional items needed
