PASTRY CHEF & CHEF DE PARTIE 5* GAME LODGE NORTH WEST

Luxury game lodge needs 2 CHEFS an experienced PASTRY CHEF and ALL-ROUNDER CHEF DE PARTIE with at least 2 years experience in a 5 star luxury lodge or hotel to start soonest.

Reporting to the Sous / Head Chef, you will be responsible for running a particular section of the kitchen, and to assist the Head/Sous Chef in the Kitchen operation and ensure the company’s reputation for quality food is maintained at all times

Minimum requirements
Grade 12
Formal Chef qualification (advantageous)
+ Formal Patisserie Qualification for the Pastry Chef
Min 2 years’ experience in a 5* Lodge/Hotel
Experience running the pass
Team management, maintaining food safety and quality standards, rostering, overseeing all mise-en-place, food cost and quality control etc.
