Payroll Administrator (open to all races and gender)
Area: Germiston
Salary: R 20 000.00
Duties:
• Full Payroll Function (500+ employees)
• Multi Company Payroll
• SARS Monthly, Midyear and Year End Submissions
• ESS Administration (Leave Administration)
• Overtime Administration
• Sage Intelligence Reporting
• All Statutory reporting (UIF, PAYE Etc.)
• Time and Attendance
• Filling
• Administration
• Personnel File Administration
• Directives
• Third party Administration (provident fund / Medical aid / Garnishee / Union)
• Payroll Queries
• Month-end Reporting
• Payroll GL reconciliation
• Loading of new employee
Key Performance Areas
• Highly accurate payroll execution on monthly basis
• Highly accurate PAYE SARS administration
• Accurate Month end reporting
• Full Employee self-service administration
• Overtime Capturing and reconciling
• Third-party admin
• Attention to detail
• Effective Tracking of employee movement
• General reporting accuracy
• Must have the experience to pull and manipulate reports on Sage Intelligence.
Prerequisites and experience:
Educational level or equivalent:
• National Senior Certificate
• Payroll Certification (advantage)
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Multi-Company Payroll Experience
• Payroll of 500+ employees
• Strong administrative skills
• Sage VIP Premier Experience (Formal Training advantage)
• Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
• Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced)
