3years Payroll Experience
Certificate of competency in Payroll Administration
Have experience with Softline VIP Payroll systems
Good Communication skills and the ability to compile reports
Will have to report to Executive management
processing of salaries and Wages utilizing VIP system
Understand and implement statutory requirements relative to Payroll
Reconcile pension fund and and process payments to pension fund and Medical Aid
Receive and resolve queries regarding Payroll
Maintain detailed records of all processes and payments
Making payments via cheque and EFT
