1/2 Day Payroll Position

A restaurant group is looking for a mature, experienced payroll administrator to take up a position in Claremont.

No of employees - 150.

Responsibilities encompass(but not limited to):

- processing earnings, increases & deductions on SAGE VIP Classic.

- leave administration

- maintaining staff files

- monthly, bi-annually, and annual statutory submissions to regulatory bodies

- administration of staff contracts

- loading salaries onto Quickbooks (accounting package)

- updating staff checklists

- VIP system back ups and roll overs (monthly)

Start date: 4 January 2021

Salary: negotiable based on experience
