HR Business Partner: Payroll & Benefits

• Process monthly payroll and expatriate's salaries accurately
• Monthly expat postings and quarterly reconciliations
• Participate in Ad Hoc HR projects
• Support the reconciliation process with FMR
• Ensure that the Creditors are accurately paid on time
• Salary structuring
• Ensure accurate application of payroll-related policies
• Support the annual bonus and increase process
• Mid-Year and Year-End Tax Reconciliation and Returns Support the Pension Manco in retirement fund activities
• Administer the Short Term Insurance Staff Scheme and other employee benefits
• Administer the Pension fund: monthly recons, claims, employee queries, retiree support
• Ensure monthly back-ups and updates are done on Sage People 300
• Ensure that all statutory requirements are applied and adhered to
• Participate in the monthly On-boarding of new employees
• Monthly and Ad-hoc HR Statistical reporting
• Statutory reporting such as ROE
• Administration of the electronic Leave system and providing quarterly leave accruals
• Providing a quality customer experience to all employees
• Participating in annual internal and external audits
Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
• HR Degree / National Diploma in Payroll/Finance or related studies
• Maths and Accounting subjects
• 5 years Payroll experience is essential
• SAP accounting exposure and reconciliation of salaries accounts
• Sage 300 People
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Prior experience using the Sage payroll system is essential
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures on salaries and payroll
• PAYE knowledge is essential
• GRP qualification is advantageous
