- 10+ years experience in complex payrolls including REM, benefits and VIP
- Management experience (people and different payrolls from performance to EE relations
- Solid experience in analysing pay structure, pay scales, REM implementation, benefits policies etc.
- Extensive experience in expat payrolls, tax, legal compliance, SARS etc.
- Experience in generating bonus reports, dealing with bargaining councils and unions
- Related degree
