We are urgently looking for a temporary payroll officer to assist with a payroll migration project. The contract will be for a period of 3-months with the possibility of extension (max another 3 month) depending on the progress with the project.

Basic salary of R15 000 pm.

Job Description :
• Assist with preparation of complex payroll and human resources information for data input, confirming quality control and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy, service quality and data integrity prior to processing data e.g. preparation of journals and month-end payment schedules, etc.
• Assist with payroll migration project, data accuracy checks and data clean-up, compare dual payroll run outcomes

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years payroll processing
• Payroll suites: VIP Premier system user,
• Compliance knowledge, Intermediate experience, exporting / populating reports in Ascii and converting them to Excel & validating the data.
• Problem solving and good communication skills.
