Our client is looking to employ a People and Organisational Support Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing general administrative support to the People and Organisation team Streamlining administrative/ system workflows for recruitment and talent acquisition; Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters such as IT/System access, welcoming packs, building access Maintaining and regularly updating staff information with IT and other internal departments; Assisting with the onboarding of new users by supporting training sessions on the SAGE HR system Providing first-level support for employee queries related to HR systems and tools.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric is a must! BCom or similar qualification in Human Resources. At least 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role / Financial Services / Investment industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint and Power BI would be advantageous)
