Company based in Boksburg is looking for a Personal Assistant. Salary R18 000 - R 20 000 per month plus medical aid.
Following requirement & experience is essential:
Must have 3-4 years Personal Assistant Experience
Must have excellent Excel skills
Responsibilities:
Assist Directors & Managers with Travel arrangements - including Flights, Accommodation, Visas, etc.
Managing diaries for various Directors, organizing meetings & appointments
Assistance with organizing events & conferences
Typing and compiling various reports
Screening phone calls
Taking minutes of weekly meetings
Running errands - business & personal
Assist with all aspects of the Sales team
Assist Sales Manager/s to manage Sales Team
Managing and implementing admin systems within the Sales Office
Check that all Sales Reps are up to date with Reports
Keep the Sales Boards in the office up to date
Record all Sales on Excel and present to Management once a month
Assist with Annual sales budgets & monthly sales reports for various businesses within the group
Train new Sales Reps on the use of the CRM system
Issue new Sales Reps with starter packs and keep a record of all items issued and returned
Must be able to work under pressure
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be exceptionally proficient in Excel and previous Accounting experience
Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurized environment.
Meticulous attention to detail.
