About the role:
Provide full support function to team members. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: dealing with incoming email; mail and information management; travel arrangements; diary management; organizing meetings, functions, presentations and conferences; client liaison; budget-related tasks.
What you will need to apply:
Matric (Grade 12)
Secretarial Diploma would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills required - both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
High sense of responsibility
Good Organizational Skills
Extremely Efficient
Computer literacy essential - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Good Interpersonal and guest liaison skills
Ability to work in high stress situations
