We are looking for a young, eager and professional personal assistant to assist the company management team. This person must be punctual, how great communication skills, organization skills, computer skills and can adapt easily.

What is the role ?
1. Taking minutes/ dictations/ notes during meetings.
2. Complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
3. Maintain managements appointments, teleconferences and travels when requested.
4. General secretarial duties.
5. Manage office supplies.
Must have:
* Matric.
* Must have some form of administrative qualification.
* min. 2-5 years experience in an administrative environment.
* Min 2-5 years experience as a executive assistant or similar
