Based in the heart of Industrial Germiston, my client, a leader in Fashion Footwear, Handbags and luggage, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the executive team on a contract basis.

As the first point of contact for the executive team you will responsible for providing all-round administrative and office support to the executive team and add value by handling all tasks quickly and efficiently.

This role will include handling all incoming calls and correspondence, setting up meetings/conferences and events, preparing reimbursement and travel claims, minute taking and typing, preparing meeting packs, preparing reports and presentations and will include extensive international travel coordination among other duties.

You are the right candidate if you career plan is to be an executive personal assistant as your chosen profession. This opportunity is well suited to a personable individual who has at least 5 years’ experience as a personal assistant supporting a team of people and can handle matters confidentially.

Advanced computer literacy and well experienced in handling complex travel plans for international travel is essential. If you have fulfilled this role within the fashion retail sector you move to the top of the short-list.
