This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personnel Manager to effectively manage labour within budget guidelines, industrial relations practices, training and development of soft skills, planning and organising labour, manpower planning, talent management and recruitment. Ideally you will have a B Comm in Human Resources and a minimum of 7 years experience as Personnel Manager in a retail environment.
