REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-negotiables
? BCur (Ed & Admin) Degree OR Diploma in General Nursing PLUS Diploma in Nursing Education
? SANC Registration – Current and Valid
? Minimum of 5 years in a management role in the Healthcare Industry
? Minimum of 2 years Physical Rehabilitation Experience at Managerial Level or Similar
- Additional requirements:
? Human Resources Management and people management experience
? Marketing experience within the Health Care Industry
? Matric, Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport
? Minimum of 3 Contactable References
? Ability to function independently and without supervision

ADVANTAGEOUS:
? Project Management Qualification
? Personnel Management Qualification
? Knowledge of Lean Methodology – Highly Advantageous
? Physical Rehabilitation Experience
? Experience within a multi-disciplinary environment at managerial level

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop Health Infrastructure Project feasibility studies
? Client communication and liaison on Project related approvals and signing off on processes
? Plan and manage commissioning of completed Projects as required and manage processes associated with any decanting of existing facilities
? Conduct functional assessments of existing health facilities
? Participate in organizational development initiative
? People/Personnel Management
? Marketing of the business to third parties i.e. Hospitals, Facilities and Patients
