Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate trackhoe effectively (dig trench, prep hole, set pipe and backfill)
Supervise backfill operator, pipe layer and laborers
Direct laborers in assisting to complete job
Prepare daily timecard with multiple tasks, machines and employees
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed
Qualifications:

5 years of laying sewer, water and storm drain pipe
Supervisory experience
Ability to read plans, shoot and understand grades and setting up a pipe laser
