Our client in the agricultural industry requires the services of a hands-on Planned Maintenance Supervisor at different sites.

Key performance areas:

? Implement a weekly and daily maintenance resource plan
? Responsible for planning and execution of plant maintenance at different sites
? Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all equipment
? Monitor progress of work done and ensure compliance with relative legislation
? Supervise a various teams to ensure timeous achievement of daily tasks
? Maintain filling database and ensure accuracy of information
? Give input with regards to operational issues
? Co-ordinate and control stock to ensure sufficient availability and minimum wastage
? Liaise with various clients

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a qualification in Fitter and Turner/Boilermaker or a relevant tertiary qualification.
? 3 – 5 Years’ similar experience in a planning and management of maintenance
? Excellent communication skills - Bilingual
? Pro-active approach to work environment
? Problem solving & conflict handling abilities
? Basic computer literacy
