Responsibilities:
Systems Integration and Maintenance (Primary Transport Systems including but not limited to: Plato, Transact, the various control tower modules, Zeno, HIPPO, dashboards, WebEM/ Fleetview and the directs application)
Ensure all data flows from various systems are accounted for and correct to ensure that all transport demand gets transmitted to the Control Tower for transport scheduling and planning
Manage primary administration process and investigations
Manage Primary haullier trarrifs and monthly update of tarrifs according to fuel price changes and ensure haulers are informed monthly of new tarrifs
Manage Primary client trarrifs and monthly update of tarrifs according to fuel price changes and ensure Primary clients are informed monthly of new tarrifs
Perform investigations related to principal billing (debtors) discrepancies in Transact which is dependent on quantities updated from WMS and ERP LX
Manage Primary master data and system setups relating to hauliers, debtors (principals), branches and routes / lanes
System support
Training of hauliers in the use of the Haulier Portal
Training of planners in the end-to-end Control Tower system
Periodically updating training material

Requirements:
Degree - BCom Logistics with systems experience
Ideally a combination of a Business analyst and systems manager
Experience in working with eRMS, WMS, BR, Plato and Transact
Aptitude to understand messages/ interfaces to and from WMS and how they affect eRMS and ERP LX
Must be able to engage with IT on interface development and maintenance
Understanding of contracts and billing
Understanding of primary planning protocols and haulier billing requirements
Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and network, as well as planning intricacies and requirements
